ToRead.me provides a way for you to send reading material straight to other people's e-readers, and for other people to send reading material to yours. The goal is to create an experience few e-readers deliver today, namely pleasant surprises; the idea is that you will open your Kindle and discover interesting things to read sent to you by people who know you.
Documents are sent to your friends' devices via a single email message with an attachment or embedded URL. Toread.me will convert the content as necessary and route the material to each device according the user's wishes. PDF's and web pages can be sent directly to Amazon Kindles, iPhone Instapaper accounts, or attached as native files for downloading to your Barnes & Noble Nook.
